Add subject line in hyperlink email with Python

I try to add a hyperlink in the html format email, when receiver click the link, it will open a new email with To field and subject line filled

Below is the html code written within the python. I google it and could not find where I can add the subject line

Try it:

<a href="mailto:cxu21@csc.com?subject=Chun Xu is sending you a test mail"?>test</a>

You need to do the following:

<a href="mailto:cxu21@csc.com?subject=Testing out mailto!">test</a>
